Lucy Floyd
Lucy joined CLC’s Donor Relations Team in 2018 as our Donor Relations Coordinator. “I have never felt such a warm welcome from my coworkers! CLC embodies what it means to live the mission.”
Lucy comes from years of experience in event planning, healthcare recruitment, and even running her own business. She has taught improvisational theater to people of all ages, but she especially loves the older adult community: “I have always loved hearing about their life journeys. Seniors are a wealth of knowledge and wisdom and the younger generation ought to pay more attention to what they have to offer. They’re experts at improv!” Her goal is to take the Donor Relations department to a whole new level of inclusion and success. She loves to make people laugh and feel good about themselves.
Lucy is a Pennsylvania native but has lived in Colorado for 22 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in French from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
