Looking for a Parent

They’ve taken care of you and have been your source of support all of these years and now it’s your turn to support them. This can be an awkward time in every family’s relationship. Your parents are used to calling all of the shots and not depending on anyone. 
Whether your parents are fully independent and living on their own or in need of some extra support and companionship, it is never too early to talk about their wants and desires for a purposeful, engaging and enriching life in their later years.
Of upmost importance is to start the conversation before a crisis happens, during the “want” stage of their life vs. the “need” stage of their life.
