What is Memory Support?

Our evidence-based memory support program celebrates the whole person, their history and their potential for growth and engagement. We focus on possibilities rather than deficiencies, always with comfort and sincere care.

Memory support provides care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or related dementias. Dementia is a general term that describes a group of symptoms, such as loss of memory, judgment, language, complex motor skills and other intellectual functions.

However, in our memory support neighborhoods, we use innovative technologies and interventions that can decrease the associated challenges, leading to optimal quality of living for our memory support residents.

Our innovative Rhythms Dementia Services program adapts to each person's natural rhythm of life and supports those living with dementia.
